Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Any product that is damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items only. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged product
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually issued via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Accessories (if any) may also be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
